Mr. Commander-in-Chief! Dear Mr. President.

Today you have made the whole of Azerbaijan happy. You have demonstrated yet again that our nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev was right in entrusting the future of our people to you. Just as you delighted the people of Azerbaijan by giving Mubariz Ibrahimov the title of the National Hero, having the bodies of Mubariz Ibrahimov and Farid Ahmadov brought to Baku and buried in a solemn ceremony, you have delighted us again by pardoning Ramil Safarov. The biggest hero in this country is you. I am proud to be a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan and to have a President who is brave, courageous and not wary of anyone, not even international pressure. I fully support your domestic and foreign policies and will always do my utmost to promote the ideas of Heydar Aliyev and your policies. May Allah protect you and your family. May you always be the leader of the Azerbaijani people.
