In accordance with Item 22 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:
I. The citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ramil S. Safarov, born in 1977 and sentenced to life imprisonment according to the order of the Capital Court of Budapest dated 13 April 2006 should be freed from the term of his punishment
II. The present Order enters into force since the day it is signed.
