Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Introduction of Amendments to Order No. 2303 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Establishment of the Coordination Headquarters Regarding the Centralized Resolution of Issues in the Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan Liberated from Occupation” dated November 24, 2020

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree as follows:

To introduce the following amendments to Part 1 of Order No. 2303 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Establishment of the Coordination Headquarters Regarding the Centralized Resolution of Issues in the Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan Liberated from Occupation” dated November 24, 2020 (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2020, No. 11, Article 1372):

1. To add a new paragraph of the following content before the words “Zeynal Naghdaliyev”:

“Shahin Mustafayev – Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”

2. To add a new paragraph of the following content before the words “Anar Alakbarov”:

“Natig Amirov – Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of the Department for Economic Policy and Industrial Issues of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”

3. To add the words “Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region (except the Shusha district)” after the words “Emin Huseynov – ”.
4. To add a new paragraph of the following content before the words “Kamran Aliyev”:

“Farah Aliyeva – Head of the Department for Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora, Multiculturalism and Religious Issues of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”

5. To replace the words “Ramin Guluzada – Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan” with the words “Rashad Nabiyev – Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”
6. To replace the words “Ogtay Shiraliyev” with the words “Teymur Musayev.”
7. To add new paragraphs of the following content before the words “Anar Guliyev”:

“Anar Karimov – Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan,

Parviz Shahbazov – Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”

8. To replace the words “Anar Karimov – First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan” with the words “Vugar Suleymanov – Chairman of the Board of the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”
9. To remove the words “Rashad Nabiyev – Chairman of the “Azercosmos” Open Joint-Stock Company.”
