Dear Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich,

Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of your election as Chairman of the Nur Otan Party.

Today, relations between our friendly countries are successfully developing, and joint projects are being actively implemented. We are determined to further deepen the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan in all areas of mutual interest.

I would like to note with satisfaction the positive dynamics of cooperation and active dialogue between the New Azerbaijan Party and the Nur Otan Party – the ruling parties of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. The relations between the parties are an important part of bilateral ties between our two countries.

I am confident that the close interaction between the parties we chair will continue to develop and deepen to the benefit of our peoples, and for the prosperity of our two countries.

I wish you the best of health, happiness and new successes, and the brotherly people of Kazakhstan peace and prosperity.
