An official welcoming ceremony of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomalii Rahmon, who is paying an official to the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been held.

Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
