Ilham Aliyev reviewed the work carried out at the Heydar Aliyev Center and park outside the Hilton Hotel

President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva have reviewed the progress of work under way at the Heydar Aliyev Center, the major repairs and reconstruction at the approximately 1-km road at the junction of the Gadirbayov and Hasanoglu streets in the Narimanov district of the capital and the park outside the Hilton Hotel after landscaping.

President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva first examined the progress of construction at the Heydar Aliyev Center.

It was indicated that construction was carried out in accordance with the latest standards.

The President and his wife examined the work at various construction sites.

After reviewing the ongoing work, President Ilham Aliyev gave relevant instructions.

Then the President and his wife examined the progress of major repairs and reconstruction at the approximately 1-km road at the junction of the Gadirbayov and Hasanoglu streets in the Narimanov district of the capital. It was noted that the 32-meter wide two-way road has four lanes. The road, a continuation of the Khatai avenue, is coated with polymer asphalt of the highest quality and has two-component traffic lanes. Granite border stones have been installed along the 3,400 running meter road, while the sidewalk area of 3,800 square meters has been covered with granite stones. A modern lighting system has been installed.

Then the President and his wife examined the landscaping work carried out in the park outside the Hilton Hotel.

Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov informed President Aliyev about the work done. It was noted that granite stones have been laid on an area of 5,700 square meters in the park which covers 7,800 square meters. A large fountain complex has been built. A total of 18 12-year-old magnolias and 28 26-year-old freeze-resistant palm trees have been planted and an area of 2,010 square meters landscaped. The lighting system of the park meets the latest standards.
