Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Establishment of the Coordination Headquarters Regarding the Centralized Resolution of Issues in the Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan Liberated from Occupation

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. In order to resolve issues arising from the implementation of the provisions stipulated in the Statement dated November 10, 2020, and signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, and the President of the Russian Federation, as well as to address socio-economic, humanitarian, organizational, and other urgent issues in the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation and coordinate activities in this area, a Coordination Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the Headquarters), consisting of the following members, shall be established:

2. To establish an Inter-ministerial Center within the Headquarters to perform secretariat and communication functions and provide the necessary organizational and analytical support.
