President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a Youth Center built in the Heydar Aliyev Culture and Recreation Park in Agstafa.

The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the center.

President Ilham Aliyev was informed that the first floor of the Center, which covers an area of 450 square meters, has photo stands reflecting the successful youth policy of great leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev, as well as their visits to Agstafa District. The karaoke disco functioning on this floor has a modern sound system. On the second floor, there is a café and an interactive shooting gallery. Young people, inspired by the words of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev that “A sharpshooter is the guarantor of victory”, will be trained in shooting here. The gallery is fitted with the latest equipment.
It was noted that the Shooting Federation of Azerbaijan is taking specific steps to identify promising young people in the districts and to train them in Olympic types of shooting.

The center has a 3D cinema. It is fitted with the latest equipment made in the USA, France and Japan and can demonstrate 2D and 3D films. The center also operates an Internet café.

It was indicated that there is an outdoor cinema with 260 seats and a disco club near the center. These facilities provide extra recreational opportunities for local people and visitors.

The President praised the work done at the Youth Center and gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
