Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the State Border Service (SBS) Chief Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev on raising of the flag on Khudaferin Bridge and liberation of several settlements by SBS, and instructed him to convey his congratulations to the staff. Colonel-General E. Quliyev reported that SBS staff would continue to dully implement Commander-in-Chief’s orders.
