Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. The following amendments shall be introduced to Part 1 of Order No 2236 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 20 June 2007 “On approving make-up of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on economic and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkmenistan on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2007, No. 6, Article 650; 2009, No. 6, Article 424, No. 7, Article 589; 2010, No. 9, Article 773):
1.1. The words “Elmar Gasimov - Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Gulu Novruzov - Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and the words “Arif Asgarov – Chief of the Azerbaijan State Railways” shall be replaced with the words “Arif Asgarov – Chairman of the Azerbaijan State Railways Closed Joint-Stock Company”;
1.2. The words “Nazim Ibrahimov – Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Work with the Diaspora” shall be followed by the words “Gudrat Gurbanov – Chief of the State Maritime Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan”;
1.3. The words “Alikhan Malikov – Chairman of the AzeriGas Closed Joint-Stock Company” shall be removed.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification to the Republic of Turkmenistan regarding make-up of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
