President Ilham Aliyev has received the Special Representative of the NATO Secretary General for Caucasus and Central Asia, James Appathurai.
The sides exchanged views on matters of cooperation between Azerbaijan and NATO within the framework of existing programs.
Guided by Clause 5 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
To appoint Sahil Rafig oglu Babayev as Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
