Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amending Order No 2445 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 18 October 2007 “On approving a new make-up of the Intergovernmental Commission on trade, economic, scientific and technological cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of India on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan”

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. The following amendments shall be introduced to Part 1 of Order No 2445 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 18 October 2007 “On approving a new make-up of the Intergovernmental Commission on trade, economic, scientific and technological cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of India on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2007, No. 10, Article 982; 2009, No. 1, Article 17; 2010, No. 2, Article 80):
1.1. The words “Elmar Gasimov - Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Gulu Novruzov - Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the words “Sanan Karimov – Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Abbas Valibayov – Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the words “Vadim Khubanov – Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Vadim Khubanov – Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the words “Tamerlan Garayev – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of India” shall be replaced with the words “Ibrahim Hajiyev – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of India;
1.2. The words “Khalaf Khalafov – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be followed by “Vagif Aliyev – First Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan”;
1.3. The words “Teymur Mehdiyev – Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be removed.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification to the Republic of India regarding a new make-up of the Intergovernmental Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
