Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amending Order No 2830 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 21 May 2008 “On approving a new make-up of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on economic, trade and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan”

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. The following amendments shall be introduced to Part 1 of Order No 2830 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 21 May 2008 “On approving a new make-up of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on economic, trade and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2008, No. 5, Article 419; 2009, No. 1, Article 17; 2010, No. 2, Articles 80 and 104, No. 9, Article 773):

1.1. The words “Teymur Mehdiyev – Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Adalat Valiyev - Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the words “Elmar Gasimov - Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Gulu Novruzov - Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the words “Jahangir Hajiyev – Chairman of the Board of the International Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Jahangir Hajiyev - “Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan International Bank Open Joint-Stock Company” and the words “Aftandil Babayev – Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Aftandil Babayev - Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan”;
1.2. The words “Safar Mehdiyev – Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be followed by the words “Gudrat Gurbanov – Chief of the State Maritime Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification to the United Arab Emirates regarding a new make-up of the Joint Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
