Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve a new make-up of the State Commission on economic, trade and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Iran on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Gudrat Gurbanov – Chief of the State Maritime Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh – First Vice President of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Vadim Khubanov – Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Aydin Bashirov – Chief of the Caspian State Shipping Company
Arif Asgarov – Chairman of the “Azerbaijan State Railways” Closed Joint-Stock Company
Etibar Pirverdiyev – President of the “AzerEnergy” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. To task the State Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order with continuously discussing the relations of economic, trade and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Iran, taking necessary measures to expand and regulate these relations, resolving issues of particular importance in this cooperation and regularly informing the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of the work done.
3. To instruct the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification regarding a new make-up of the State Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
