Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the documents between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Hungary signed in Baku on 11 November 2011

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To approve the following documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Hungary in Baku on 11 November 2011:
1.1. The Agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in emergency situations between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Hungary;
1.2. The Agreement on cooperation in the military sphere between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Hungary;
1.3. The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Hungary;
1.4. The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the area of tax administration between the Ministry of Taxation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Hungary;
1.5. The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice of the Republic of Hungary;
1.6. The Memorandum of Understanding on technical cooperation in the area of metrology between the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Department on Trade and Licensing of the Republic of Hungary.
2. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with taking necessary measures to implement provisions of the documents listed in Clauses 1.1-1.6 of the present Decree.
3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with notifying the Republic of Hungary of the completion of necessary state procedures on the enactment of the said documents.
