Ilham Aliyev participated at the opening of a new building of secondary school number 3 in Goranboy city

President Ilham Aliyev has participated at the opening of a new building of the secondary school number 3 of the Goranboy city.

Head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the school.

It was reported that the building of a school that will ensure education for 420 schoolchildren is constructed on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

It was noted that the previous building of the school constructed back in 1935 has come to the full emergency status in recent years. The construction of a new building of this educational institution has begun in the beginning of last year. It needed the area of 0.5 hectare for this purpose.

Two storied building has been constructed during short period of time in line with contemporary requirements.

President Ilham Aliyev studied closely the school. The photo gallery demonstrating attention and care of great leader Heydar Aliyev, President Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Madam Mehriban Aliyeva is exhibited in the entrance hall. All conditions are observed also in classrooms, lab and other premises of the school to ensure high quality educational process.

Head of state got familiarized with conditions created for the education in classrooms.

While studying conditions created in ICT room, it was noted that all computers are connected to internet.

It was reported that the conference hall of the school has all conditions to run here various events. Schoolchildren will be also able to increase their knowledge by practical exercises in the laboratory.

It was noted that the administrative rooms at the school attract attention by its comfortable conditions. Over 5 thousand manuals and books are placed in the school’s library. It has also a photo stand demonstrating the activities of Madam Mehriban Aliyeva, the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

President Ilham Aliyev met with young sportsmen in the sport hall built in line with all contemporary requirements. He conversed with them and took a family photo.

Head of state expressed his satisfaction over the conditions created at the school.
