Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the aim of ensuring the activities of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Swiss Confederation (in the city of Bern), I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with resolving the matters of material and technical provision and financing required for the operation of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Swiss Confederation (in the city of Bern).
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with approving the structure and staff schedule of the said Embassy.
3. The present Order shall become effective from the date of signing.
