Your Excellency Mr President,
On behalf of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) and in my own name, I wish to express my warmest congratulations on Your Excellency’s 58th birthday. Please allow me to extend my best wishes for the good health and happiness of Your Excellency and your family.
As an old friend of the Chinese people, Your Excellency has always been dedicated to the development of the China-Azerbaijan relations. I am particularly grateful to Your Excellency for the great support Your Excellency has provided for the friendly cooperation between the CPIFA and the Nizami Ganjavi International Center (NGIC) over the past two years. Our Institute will continue to work together with the NGIC to further strengthen the traditional friendship between our two peoples and promote world peace and prosperity.
At the invitation of the NGIC, I am going to attend the 8th Global Baku Forum in Azerbaijan next March. I look forward to the honor of meeting Your Excellency in Baku at your convenience.
