Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the Agsu regional gas operation site

President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of the Agsu regional gas operation site.

The President was informed that the construction of a new office building for the Agsu regional gas operation site was important from the standpoint of gasification of surrounding districts.

On the first floor of the building there are photo stands depicting the public and political activities of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev. All rooms in the building have modern furniture and equipment.

The President was shown a plan on the gasification of Agsu District. It was indicated that the supply of natural gas to residential settlements of the district is being restored or new lines are laid. A total of 1,847 people in the district have had their mechanical gas meters replaced with the ones operating on smartcards.

Another stand shown to the head of state has to do with the activities of the regional site. It was mentioned that 5,191 people have been supplied with gas in Ujar, 12,683 in Agdash, 9,453 in Kurdamir and 9,547 in Goychay.

President Ilham Aliyev gave his instructions on further speeding up the process.

Then the President reviewed the conference room and offices on the second floor of the building.
