President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of Boyuk Amili-Bilikh-Amirvan highway after major overhaul in Gabala district.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Azerbaijan Highway State Agency Saleh Mammadov highlighted the measures taken to modernize the road infrastructure in the regions in recent years.
President Ilham Aliyev gave instructions to reconstruct the Shamakhi-Ismayilli road.
The head of state then cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Boyuk Amili-Bilikh-Amirvan highway.
