Your leadership in developing our countries’ strong partnership in education, culture, sport, and economic diversification is deeply appreciated. I am particularly grateful for your ongoing efforts in support of a new, modern U.S. embassy building that reflects the full potential of our bilateral relationship and adds to the architectural beauty of Baku. I look forward to continuing our close cooperation on security, energy projects and foreign investment, as well as cultural and educational exchanges that enrich both our peoples.
