Montenegro is very proud of the friendship with your country, which we see as a solid foundation for further strengthening of bilateral relations and connection between our citizens. I do believe that our common goal towards building a strong partnership will be a constant incentive to strengthening the dialogue between Montenegro and Azerbaijan and enhancing cooperation in promoting universal values of democracy and freedom, economic development and improvement of the quality of life of our citizens.
