President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, first lady Mehriban Aliyeva and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva have attended the opening of a new hypermarket of Bravo supermarkets chain near Koroglu metro station.
The head of state and first lady were informed of the conditions created at the hypermarket.
The construction of the hypermarket started last May. The facility occupies an area of more than 7 hectares, while trading area is more than 8,000 square metres.
More than 90 per cent of food in Bravo supermarkets chain are local products. The head of state hailed the fact and congratulated the staff on this occasion.
The hypermarket will also feature a Bravo café, a special place for kids, a Kapital Bank, McDonald’s, and Buta chemist’s.
The hypermarket created 335 jobs.
