Kindergarten No 259 in the Narimanov district has been reopened after major overhaul and reconstruction.

Kindergarten No 259 in the Narimanov district has been reopened after major overhaul and reconstruction. President Ilham Aliyev has reviewed the conditions at the day-care center after major overhaul and reconstruction.

The President was informed of the work done. It was noted that the 80-people local kindergarten was built in 1949 and opened in 1950. The total area of the building is 748 square meters and of the infield 3,200 square meters. The most modern attractions are available in the courtyard. The kindergarten’s kitchen and laundry have been rebuilt and fitted with modern equipped.

While examining the conditions and considering the great need for a kindergarten in this location, President Ilham Aliyev gave the instruction to the Executive Authority of Baku to construct an additional building.

After reviewing major overhaul and reconstruction at kindergarten No 259, President Ilham Aliyev also examined the park in Molla Juma Street, which has been refurbished with support from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The President was informed of the work done. It was noted that new green areas were set up, ornamental shrubs and flowers planted, and modern fountains built in the park. The lighting system has been reconstructed in accordance with the latest requirements.
