Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of an ice-cream factory of “Palfood” LLC

Within the framework of his visit to Lankaran, President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of an ice-cream factory of “Palfood” LLC, affiliated with “Palmali Holding” group of companies.

President Ilham Aliyev pushed the button symbolizing start of the facility.

The President was informed that the produced ice cream is stored at a cold warehouse under minus 30 degrees Centigrade. 250 tons of canned ice cream is stored in a cold warehouse, with a general area of 720 m2. The investment value of the ice cream factory is 15 million AZM. The equipments of the factory, built with most up-to-date technology, are brought from Denmark. The ice cream containers, however, are made in Turkey. Currently, the talks are held in order to export “Paldad” ice creams to Turkey, Georgia, Uzbekistan, and other countries, along with Azerbaijani markets.

President Ilham Aliyev viewed and tasted the samples of ice cream and congratulated the staff.
