It is my honor and pleasure to extend to you my sincere congratulations both personally and on behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Suriname on your victory in the presidential elections on April 11, 2018, re-electing you as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
I wish you continued strength and wisdom in performing your responsible duties and bringing together all the people of Azerbaijan for common work in the interest of their country and Europe. I also take the opportunity to send my best wishes for the harmony and prosperity of Azerbaijan and its people.
It is my conviction that under your wise leadership, the bilateral relations and cooperation between the Republic of Suriname and the Republic of Azerbaijan will be strengthened for the mutual benefit of our two nations.
