Accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Over the past years, Belarus-Azerbaijan relations have reached the highest level of sustainable and strategic partnership. The two countries enjoy fruitful interaction in multilateral formats and show solidarity on key international issues.
A solid economic foundation has been laid and a number of projects are being implemented in the industrial sector through joint efforts.
I am convinced that the relationship between our countries, which is based on the traditions of trust, will continue to develop dynamically to the benefit of the Belarus and Azerbaijani people.
Dear Ilham Heydar oglu, I wish you good health, continued success, and the friendly people of Azerbaijan peace and prosperity.
