Ilham Aliyev and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a face-to-face meeting

After the official welcoming ceremony, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a face-to-face meeting.

The sides stressed during the meeting that the friendly and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey were successfully developing in various spheres and expressed confidence that they would continue expanding in the future too. It was indicated that the official visit of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Azerbaijan would serve a further strengthening of bilateral relations.

The sides exchanged views on bilateral, regional and international issues.
