His Excellency Mr Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Mr President,

May I congratulate you on your re-election as President of your nation and further I would like to thank you for the great support that you have given during my times as President of IPC (2001-2017) to the Azerbaijani National Paralympic Committee.

The progress and rapid development of the NPC of Azerbaijan has given me great pleasure, and it has been wonderful to see how a relative newcomer to Para sports has now moved to a position of sporting importance within the Paralympic Movement. I know that much of this development is thanks to your great support for the NPC.

May I wish you all the very best in your new term of office and look forward to even greater success from the Azerbaijani National Paralympic Committee.
