President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev hailed Artur Rasizade’s long-term fruitful activities in high positions in the civil service, underlining his determined work in the development of Azerbaijan under the leadership of national leader Heydar Aliyev during both the Soviet period and in the years of independence.
Artur Rasizade’s efforts to further strengthen Azerbaijan’s independence and ensure the country`s greater success under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev were also emphasized.
