Guided by the Article 116 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, taking into account the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
1. To entrust the execution of powers of the Cabinet of Ministers to the previous composition of the Cabinet of Ministers until its new composition is formed.
2. The order comes into effect on the day of its signing.
