Ilham Aliyev monitored military exercises by Azerbaijan armed forces

President monitored military exercises by Azerbaijan armed forces President Ilham Aliyev, Commander-in-Chief of Azerbaijani Armed Forces attended the main part of joint large-scale battle exercises by the units of the Defense Ministry, State Frontier Service and Interior Troops.

The military exercises were organized on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of the establishment of Azerbaijan Armed Forces. The commandos demonstrated their skills, combat techniques and preparedness.

The Commander-in-Chief also examined the military equipment and weapons and watched warfare exercises with deployment of units and weapon systems.

President Aliyev awarded a group of servicemen for their distinction in military service and on the occasion of 92nd anniversary of Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
