Dear Ilham Heydarovich,

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

I am pleased to note that centuries old friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries have constantly strengthened across these years accompanied by effective growth on bilateral and multilateral basis.

We value the fact that Tajik-Azerbaijani ties have reached a high level, and are interested in enriching bilateral relations between our countries with a new practical content.

I express my confidence that through joint efforts we will be able to give great efficiency and dynamism to Azerbaijani-Tajik mutual relations in line with the fundamental interests of the two peoples and states.
