Your Excellency,

On behalf of the people of Afghanistan, it is my honor to extend my most sincere congratulations to Your Excellency and to brotherly people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of 28 May - Republic Day.

Development and expansion of bilateral cooperation in the best interests of our two countries is one of the most important issues for Afghanistan.

I express my satisfaction with the existing friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Afghanistan. Taking this pleasant opportunity, I extend my wishes for further deepening and strengthening of the relationship between our brotherly countries.
