Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Greece in Baku on 5 April 2011

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To approve the following documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Greece in Baku on 5 April 2011:

1.1. The Agreement on cooperation in environmental protection matters between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Greece;
1.2. The Program on cooperation in the spheres of science, education and culture in 2011-2012-2013 between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Greece.

2. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with taking the necessary measures to ensure execution of the documents mentioned in Clauses 1.1-1.2 of the present Decree.

3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with informing the Government of the Republic of Greece of the execution of necessary state procedures for the enactment of the documents mentioned in Clauses 1.1-1.2 of the present Decree.
