Dear Nursultan Abishevich,

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you and through you to all the people of your country on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Independence Day.

Over the past 25 years Kazakhstan has covered a dynamic development path to make great strides in all spheres, including improvement of social stability and welfare of its citizens, and economic development. Under your leadership, your country has strengthened its international positions to earn great reputation worldwide.

I am sure that based on mutual trust, confidence and support, good traditions of Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan bilateral relations, and our close and fruitful cooperation, which reached the level of strategic partnership, will continue developing and strengthening in the best interests of our people.

Dear Nursultan Abishevich, on this joyful day, I wish you robust health, successes in your activities, and the brotherly people of Kazakhstan lasting peace and prosperity.
