I was deeply saddened by the news of the death of former President of the Council of State and President of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, outstanding state person, public and political figure, your brother Fidel Castro.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deep condolences to you, all your family members and the friendly people of Cuba.
