President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva have viewed the Azerbaijan International Real Estate and Investment Exhibition at Baku Expo Center.
Chairman of the State Committee on Property Issues Kamran Hasanov informed the head of state about the exhibition.
Co-organized by the State Committee on Property Issues, "Elan Expo" and "Atılım Fuarcılık" companies, the Azerbaijan International Real Estate and Investment Exhibition, apart from Azerbaijan, presents nearly 100 brands of building and construction projects from Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Cyprus, Ukraine, Spain, Russia, Portugal, Hungary and Luxembourg.
The exhibition, which features the most attractive real estate projects of Europe, the Middle East and the Caucasian countries. aims to revitalize Azerbaijan's real estate market and increase the volume of local and foreign investments in this area. The exhibition is also of pivotal importance in terms of demonstrating the current investment climate in the real estate market to foreign investors, as well as involving the investors in the privatization process carried out in the country.
The head of state familiarized himself with the pavilions of the exhibition.
