President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated Khudat-Yalama-Zukhuloba highway in Khachmaz district.
The head of state first viewed the layout of the road.
The President was told that the reconstruction of the highway began this May and ended in August. The third technical degree road is 24.8km in length. It has two lanes, each 3.75 metres in width.
920 safety posts and 154 traffic signs were installed along Khudat-Yalama-Zukhuloba road, which links 18 residential areas.
The President cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the highway.
