Dear Ilham Heydarovich,

I heartily congratulate you on the occasion of the great holiday of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Republic Day.

Kazakhstan attaches special importance to development of bilateral relations with Azerbaijan. This is evidenced by the expansion of political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two states.

I am absolutely convinced that based on friendship and trust between the two countries, our mutually beneficial cooperation will further develop in the best interests of our peoples.
