Guided by Item 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I take the following decision:
Ali Teymur oglu Naghiyev is to be recalled from the post of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Belarus and the post of the Plenipotentiary Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
