On my own behalf and on behalf of Azerbaijani people, I congratulate you on the occasion of the national holiday of the Syrian Arab Republic – the Evacuation Day.

I do hope that Azerbaijani-Syrian relations will develop and expand in the spirit of everlasting friendship and co-operation in line with interests of our peoples.
