Following the fire in the oil platform in the Caspian Sea which claimed the lives of Azerbaijani citizens, I am sending to Your Excellency my deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy in these sad circumstances, beseeching Almighty Allah to give the injured prompt recovery, preserve your country and assist you in achieving progress and prosperity for your people and country under your wise leadership.
