My dear President,
I would like to express my sadness over a tragic accident on an oil platform in Gunashli field in the Caspian Sea. I share grief of Your Excellency and the people of Azerbaijan.
I do believe that thanks to their solidarity and unity the people of Azerbaijan will overcome these days. On behalf of Ministers of Culture of TURKSOY member countries and on my own behalf, I pray to God so that the souls of those who lost their lives in this accident rest in peace and those injured recover. I wish this accident that grieved the whole Turkish world would never happen again.
