President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a secondary school after Mohubbat Azimov in Atakishili village in Kurdamir District.
The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the school, and then reviewed the conditions created here.
Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov said that the 624-seat school was constructed under the order of the Ministry. The construction work started in October 2014.
There are photo stands in the foyer of the building reflecting the visits of national leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev to Kurdamir District. The building occupies a total area of 2,000 square metres. The three-storey school has 53 rooms, including 26 classrooms, military, linguistic and computer rooms, and departments of chemistry, physics and biology.
President Ilham Aliyev gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
