Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the “Agreement on the commissioning of Centers of Support for Children and Families between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Save the Children organization from the United States of America” signed on 29 December 2010

1. To approve the “Agreement on the commissioning of Centers of Support for Children and Families between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Save the Children organization from the United States of America” signed on 29 December 2010

2. To task the State Committee on Family, Woman and Child Problems of the Republic of Azerbaijan with ensuring the implementation of the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order.

3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with notifying the United States of America of the implementation of domestic procedures required for the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order to become effective.
