Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the “Agreement on mutual administrative assistance and information exchange in the area of tax legislation between the Ministry of Taxation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Revenue Service of the Republic of Latvia” signed in Riga on 17 January 2011

1. To approve the “Agreement on mutual administrative assistance and information exchange in the area of tax legislation between the Ministry of Taxation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Revenue Service of the Republic of Latvia” signed in Riga on 17 January 2011.

2. To task the Ministry of taxation of the Republic of Azerbaijan with ensuring the implementation of the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order.

3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with notifying the Republic of Latvia of the implementation of domestic procedures required for the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order to become effective.
