As the people of Azerbaijan commemorate this historic occasion, it is our hope that Your Excellency will continue to lead Your people to greater economic prosperity and peace. We entertain the hope that the cordial ties of friendship subsisting between our two nations will be strengthened for the mutual benefits of our peoples.
