President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has reviewed newly-reconstructed Liman-Narimanabad-Baligchilar highway as part of his visit to Lankaran.
The head of state first viewed a scheme of the road. Under President Ilham Aliyev`s order signed in 2013, AZN 2mln was initially allocated from the President`s Contingency Fund for the construction of the road. Last year the head of state signed another order to allocate AZN 3.6 mln from the state budget for the construction. Construction work started here in April 2013 and was completed this April.
The road, which is 18.8km in length and 6m in width, links 3 residential areas with the total population of 10,000 people.
