President Ilham Aliyev has arrived in the city of Mingachevir on a visit.

The head of state first visited a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city center.

Head of the Mingachevir City Executive Authority Niyazi Bayramov informed President Ilham Aliyev about the landscaping work here.
